The Mouser Electronics EMEA Marketing Team is in search of an engaged and motivated person at the earliest possible date for the position of

Marketing Admin (f/m/d)

What to expect:

• Works closely with the event team to contribute on the organization of events, in particular taking responsibility for arranging entertainment activities, events sponsorships, and small-scale exhibitions plus cooperating in the organization of larger scale events.
• Takes care of the internal and external storage of promotional material and supports their deliveries to several countries.
• Provides administrative support to the Marketing Department and works closely with the regional Finance department.
• Ensuring that bills are coded accurately and delivered to Finance department in a timely and prompt manner.
• Coordinates collation of data from department activities, creation and maintenance of spreadsheets & Power Point Presentations. Analysis of spreadsheets and other forms of data.
• Completes special projects and other duties as assigned while adhering to the timeline given by management.
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external contacts, always exhibiting professional and effective communication.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in economics, preferably focused on Marketing. One to three years' work experience in an international, multi-country, environment.
• First experiences and interest in event organization.
• Experience in implementing and processing high volumes of deadline sensitive activities.
• Has profound problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills.
• Prepares asset, liability and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Documents financial transaction information.
• Verbal and written language skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Multi-tasking ability with detailed and thorough work.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude toward self and others.
• Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization.
• PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook, and other software.
