2024 Outsourcing Control Team Internship - Project Management and Data Analytics (Frankfurt)
Placement and Duration The part-time Internship (up to 20hr a week) is an opportunity to experience the culture and atmosphere in the Central Outsourcing Control Office by taking on some of the responsibilities and functions of a Full-time Analyst for a short period. The internship starts ideally in in December 2023 and will last at least 12 months but can vary in length depending on business needs and candidate availability.

Training program You will receive on-the-job training and benefit from working alongside experienced professionals on a variety of topics around outsourcing and regulations.
Partial remote working could be an option depending on specific conditions.
Responsibilities Work closely with the Central Outsourcing Control team to help to:
- Execute internal project management
- Perform detailed data validation and analysis for data accuracy in various tools ; and
- Control that the MSEHSE Group outsourcing documentation and registers comply with internal requirements
The tasks specifically require:
- Data processing related tasks e.g. for testing of data quality in MSEHSE's Group outsourcing and sourcing register
- Coordinating and organising internal projects and regular reporting by tracking responses and chasing overdue tasks
- Preparation of training documents and reporting of Management Information
Requirements - You have a solid academic background (at least 4 semesters of business administration, economics, data analytics or equivalent) and fluency in English. Knowledge of German is beneficial but not essential
- Strong data analytical skills are essential, but no specific outsourcing related background knowledge/ experience required
- You have good communication skills, both verbal and written
- You are detail oriented and work efficiently and precisely even within tight time constraints
- You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
- You are a strong team player; have an ability to collaborate with colleagues within the Outsourcing Control department and across the broader organization
- You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently
- You are driven, highly motivated and results-focused
