As part of the Global Technical Process Owners Team, you will be responsible for the technical design for the Workday Talent & Performance modules to provide a best-in-class system solution for ZEISS worldwide

You will develop relationships with the functional workstream leads, other global technical process owners and functional subject matter experts and facilitate and manage the Workday roll-out strategy of for your modules

In this role you identify areas for improvement in the Workday processes, as well as additional HR systems and continuously research, evaluate and implement new system functionalities/trends and HR best practices in cooperation with the functional teams

You will be the Project Manager and Technical Lead for the roll-out of your Modules and hence managing the roll out and designs; as well as translating and defining workstream requirements into configured solutions within Workday and beyond

You will manage internal and external Consultants, define work packages and deliverables, and ensure the alignment of processes to systems and tools, in close alignment with the functional team.

You will plan and design Proof of Concepts (HR-related view and WD-view), work on the creation of global and local design concepts, establish Quality Assurance mechanism for your WD Modules, and support Budget Controlling and Training within the project team.

You will lead the orchestration for Talent & Performance operations tasks, manage the team functionally and build up the necessary alignments with the global HR community.

In this role you will coordinate and troubleshoot technical and process related issues, recommend solutions, and initiate corrective actions within the existing HRIS Stack and beyond

Degree in the field of Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, Business Informatics or similar

Over 3 years hands on experience working in Workday Talent and Performance

Experience in Workday Roll Out Projects

General Project Management experience
-
Professional experience in the field of HR Management, Process Design and Engineering, Project Management and Process Optimization is beneficial
