We are looking for a skilled Senior Data-Analyst / Data-Scientist (m/f/d) to join our Engineering Team onsite in Fulda or remote. Our Engineering Department is the heart of stafftastic.

stafftastic has invested extensively into collecting a high-quality and extensive datasets early on. We are now presented with a greenfield opportunity to build our ELT and processing pipelines without any pre-existing legacy burdens. Leveraging our datasets is one of the primary focuses to improve our services at the core. You'll unify definitions, build processes, model data and significantly influence our data stacks early on.
You should be a generalist in data and love to get your hands dirty across all parts that make data engineering work reliably.

What you will do

Implement a data collaboration service / data catalog
Design and architect initial ELT and streamed ingestion pipelines
Lead our DataOps methodologies
Perform reliable and insightful analytics
Build internal and external reporting dashboards
Experiment with machine learning models
Exchange knowledge with other engineers and analysts

Who you are

Practical experience with data systems
Love data and analytics
Like visualizing cool reports and dashboards
Experience with designing analytical stacks
Comfortable with speaking English
