Position overview:

• Hands on experience in Performance Management Tools ( Comarch SQM Tool, SQL Developer)
• Working Knowledge and Experience in KPI Calculation, Measurements & Validation, Alarm definition for Service Quality management,
• Detailed Understanding of OSS Performance Domain along with North Bound and South Bound Interfaces, Interface to Performance management database
• Minimum 8 Years of experience as SME for a large-scale OSS program

Desired Competencies:

• Working knowledge in Service quality management products Comarch SQM tools, Oracle PL/SQL , SQL-Developer tool
• Experience in Oracle DB and programming.
• Experience of LLD preparation, Support to Architecture.
• Development experience in any OSS Performance Management System (SQM)
• Should be eligible to apply Anti Sabotage Security clearance in Germany/Candidates already with Anti Sabotage clearance are preferred
• Understanding of latest telecom technologies across wireless, wireline technologies.
• Has managed Software developers & played a critical role in Architecture, Design and Development.
• Support to operation
• Knowledge of OSS architecture.
• Knowledge & experience in Cable, Mobile and Fixed Network technologiesKnowledge in Performance management data and interface to performance management Data base.

Responsibilities

• Follows engineering design life cycle with proper documentation ensuring that all detailed designs and templates adhere to network standards.
• Responsible for LLD preparation, development, validation, system and performance analysis and customer reviews.
• Support to Architecture, Effort estimation, support to operations and customer presentation.
• Develop and deploy design for testing of KPI on performance management data.
• Builds and maintains ongoing relationships with the regions, Architecture, Operations, Equipment vendors, system vendors, contractor support partners, Project Management, Test and Turn Up, Deployment, Design, Capacity.
• Utilizes resources to solve moderate development problems and recommends new resources to management.
• Documents results of applied work processes and practical application of technical standards. Reports results to management. Recommends innovative solutions
• Provides technical training to Provisioning Engineers, Offshore and Onshore Contractors, as well as other operations/engineering groups.
