TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: WHAT AWAITS YOU

Fixing of issues/requests as WiFi access problems, blocked accounts, accessory replacements and New Joiners
Coachings and trainings (One-2-One Sessions)
Provisioning and maintenance of DIY services and machines, such as vending machines, terminals for network connection tests or Smartcard services
Installation and verification of new systems, the last validated OS, software and security updates
Onsite support at the user workplace, in case the request/issue is not solvable in a One-2-One session.
Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems

EXPERTISE & SOFT SKILLS: WHAT YOU OFFER

Completed apprenticeship as an IT professional / IT specialist or equivalent/higher apprenticeship
Applying the learned and experienced IT knowledge in most situations with limited need for advice and support
Aiming at increasing user satisfaction, problems are solved efficiently and on time
Ability to document findings and insights in an appropriate way to ensure proper increase in knowledge and knowledge management, proactive sharing of information within the team
Characteristics such as team ability, communication strength and flexibility
Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
