Your tasks:

But you are also familiar with the accompanying topics such as product development, requirement engineering, processes and documentation? You are structured, can prioritise tasks independently and are prepared to go the extra mile and be a role model. Then you should read on.
In the role of Business Developer in our Business Development Information Services department, your focus will be on managing our API services and project topics with a focus on data integration and understanding data as part of our market data business. You will take on topics independently and maintain an overview of our diverse departmental and EEX-wide projects, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, proactively derive tasks for yourself and also have a sense for further developments and new business ideas. Your sound knowledge of state-of-the-art API standards and trends will further support in in this task.
Additionally, you are supporting compliance with regulatory requirements for pre-/post-trade transparency of market data products and services. Agile working methods such as Kanban and Scrum are standard for you. You are regularly challenged to finish what you have started with an eye for the last detail, but you do not lose sight of new priorities.
For these tasks, you communicate in German and English with external and internal customers bilaterally or in forums, organise workshops and know how to translate general requests into complete and consistent business requirements.

Your skills:

• Successfully completed studies or completed training in business informatics, information technologies or computer science.
• Several years of experience in project management, impact analysis, data analysis, data integration and requirement engineering.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban methods
• Experience with R, Python, PowerBI or other business analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Experience in the field of energy trading, data products or the digitalisation of processes is an advantage.
• Independent, structured and meticulous way of working with an understanding of the big picture as well as an eye for detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Even with an increased workload and ad hoc enquiries, you always maintain an overview.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
