We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy individual to spearhead our BI department's evolution as our new Analytics Lead, EU. If you possess a knack for innovation, a rapid learning curve, a passion for automation, and can readily identify process inefficiencies, this role is tailored for you.
Your mission

Develop and deploy data-handling solutions to optimize efficiency within our Service Operations.

Construct and maintain dynamic, versatile reports to aggregate and present internal data, delivering actionable insights for every department.

Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to translate business visions, requirements, and priorities into data-driven insights.

Contribute to projects including financial modeling, maintain report automation systems in supporting departmental daily reporting needs, creation of tools and insightful reports to better steer and control the company's development.
Your heroic skills:

5+ years of BI analyst experience in e-commerce, including at least 1 year as a team lead.

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering).

A deep passion for data, coupled with creative problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Independent and rigorous working style.

A collaborative team player with innovative thinking.

Proficiency in SQL, including query optimization.

Strong knowledge of at least one reporting tool (e.g., Tableau, QlikView, Looker, Microstrategy, Periscope).

Experience with big data tools (e.g Redshift, BigQuery).
