Your mission

Design and implement data-handling tools for increasing the efficiency for our Service Operations

Build and maintain versatile and dynamic reports to fetch and present internal data in order to provide actionable insights for every department within the company;

Engaging with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand the business vision, requirements & priorities and helping to translate this into actionable insights

Other projects may include financial modeling, maintain report automation systems in supporting departmental daily reporting needs, creation of tools and insightful reports to better steer and control the company's development
Your heroic skills:

5+ years experience as a BI analyst in e-commerce companies, thereof at least 1 year as team lead

You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject, e.g. computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering

Highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail

Independent and rigorous working style

You are a team player and love to think outside the box

You are proficient in SQL incl. query optimization

Very good knowledge in at least one reporting tool (e.g. Tableau, QlikView, Looker, Microstrategy, Periscope)

Experience with big data tools (e.g Redshift, BigQuery)
