We're looking for a Junior Project Manager!

What you'll do:

• Manage all day-to-day tickets and small projects by liaising with internal stakeholders, planning briefing sessions, kickoff meetings, creating project plans, and negotiating the delivery of dependencies across teams
• managing the end-to-end process for a variety of exciting projects
• Acting as the liaison between the creative team and the different stakeholders
• Interpret marketing comms briefs and plan workflows accordingly
• Plan and document meetings between Design, Video, Copy and other functional roles for regular internal exchange and collaboration
• Track and document decisions, including tactical feedback on work, and ensure the teams follow through
• Liaising with designers and stakeholders to meet the agreed specification and scope of work
• Manage resource allocation on day-to-day tickets and small projects
• Manage and continuously optimise Jira boards and other PM tools to best adapt to the collaborative work style of the Creative Studio
• Manage project drive in a systematic and clear manner
• Finger on the pulse of the digital/social world - to the latest thinking and ideas, award-winning creative, culture and visual trends and advancements

Who you are:

• A Junior Project Manager with 2 - 4 years experience in marketing (either in-house or agency)
• Confident motivator for your own ideas
• Thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment: you get bored with routine and crave knowledge and new experiences
• Obsessively detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, creative thinker and problem solver
• Comfortable working towards challenging targets and deadlines
• Professional English speaker level
