We are looking for a Reporting Manager for Italy to join our expanding team. If you have a strong interest in reporting and making a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and coordinate the Reporting Team for Italy.
• Ensure flawless and timely reporting processes.
• Act as N26's main contact with Italian authorities for reporting matters.
• Enhance the Reporting function for effectiveness and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
• Implement new reporting processes as required due to regulatory changes or product launches.
• Represent the Reporting Team in cross-functional alignments with various stakeholders within the organization

What you need to be successful:

Background:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Finance, Controlling, Audit, AML/AFC, Tax, Regulatory Reporting, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in AML/AFC, Tax, or Regulatory Reporting within a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated interest in and understanding of supervisory reporting.
• Proven project management experience, collaborating with diverse stakeholders and delivering results in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and experience in structured problem-solving under tight deadlines.
• A proactive "can-do" and "hands-on" approach, with a focus on goal achievement.
• Ability to effectively interpret and communicate financial records to external stakeholders.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and a flexible mindset.
• Experience in working with and managing external service providers.
• Fluent in both English and Italian.
