- Lead and coordinate the Reporting Team for Italy.
- Ensure flawless and timely reporting processes.
- Act as N26's main contact with Italian authorities for reporting matters.
- Enhance the Reporting function for effectiveness and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
- Implement new reporting processes as required due to regulatory changes or product launches.
- Represent the Reporting Team in cross-functional alignments with various stakeholders within the organization
Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Finance, Controlling, Audit, AML/AFC, Tax, Regulatory Reporting, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in AML/AFC, Tax, or Regulatory Reporting within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in and understanding of supervisory reporting.
- Proven project management experience, collaborating with diverse stakeholders and delivering results in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and experience in structured problem-solving under tight deadlines.
- A proactive "can-do" and "hands-on" approach, with a focus on goal achievement.
- Ability to effectively interpret and communicate financial records to external stakeholders.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a flexible mindset.
- Experience in working with and managing external service providers.
- Fluent in both English and Italian.
