Your Role
- Maintenance of an integrated management system as a basis for various management systems (ISO 9001; ISO 14001; ISO 45001; ISO/IEC 17025:2018 and 2014/34/EU) and related maintenance of relevant documents.
- Further development of the existing management system and responsibility for coordinating the implementation of measures.
- Advising the Process Owners in the optimization of operational processes and specifications in the areas of health and safety, environmental management, quality, ATEX, calibration laboratories and sustainability.
- Execution of internal audits incl. organization,
- Commissioning and monitoring external audits as part of certification processes and customer audits
- Participation in the company suggestion scheme; registration of suggestions and coordination of evaluation and action tracking
What we expect of you?
- Technical education or studies with several years of experience in the field of quality management
- Experienced handling of management systems and communication of the requirements to the process owners
- Expertise and knowledge in the area of quality and process management or/ and management systems in the area of ATEX / calibration
- Good process understanding and experience in Q-standard processes, such as the handling of non-conformities in the production process
- Ideally an additional qualification as internal auditor and in the area of occupational safety or/and environment
- Assertive, goal-oriented and open to suggestions from the team
- Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel for occasional business trips between our various locations within Europe
