We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Corporate Digital Media (DME) Sales Team in EMEA, focusing on the DACH region. Based in the region, you will manage a portfolio of named customers, often including large and international organizations with complex business structures. Your responsibilities include driving new business growth and developing long-term strategic relationships to maximize retention and expansion. This role demands a proven track record in new customer acquisition and in managing and growing existing accounts. We are looking for a candidate with a strong hunter mentality, strategic account management skills, and the ability to excel in complex, matrixed environments. Familiarity with value-based and solution selling frameworks like MEDDIC is essential.

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow a portfolio of named accounts across the DACH region, typically mid to large organizations within the Corporate segment
• Drive net new revenue by identifying and converting new logo opportunities
• Expand existing accounts by uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Creative Cloud and Document Cloud
• Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer business goals
• Engage key business stakeholders—including C-level decision-makers—to influence priority initiatives
• Lead opportunity qualification and deal execution using MEDDIC or comparable methodologies
• Orchestrate internal and external resources, including solution consultants, marketing, legal, and reseller partners, to deliver customer value
• Maintain accurate and disciplined forecasting, pipeline health, and deal progression
• Act as a trusted advisor and partner to your customers, delivering a compelling narrative of Adobe’s value

What You Need to Succeed

• Native-level German and fluent English is a must
• Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B software sales or strategic account management, with a strong record in both net new customer acquisition and account development
• Experience building pipeline proactively and executing structured outreach strategies
• Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of an organization, especially senior executives
• Strong collaboration and coordination skills in cross-functional and matrix environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders in enterprise environments
• Proven application of qualification and sales frameworks such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN
• Understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, Acrobat, or other SaaS solutions is an advantage
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across the DACH region for strategic customer engagements
• Must be based in the DACH region, ideally in Munich or Berlin
