In this role you will be responsible for supporting and assisting customers who operate B&R Legacy Systems such as "Minicontrol," "Multicontrol," "System 2010, 2005, and 2003," and "Panelware" in machinery and equipment. This role will be in the the Robotics & Discrete Machine Automation Unit in Heilbronn, ensuring the smooth operation of legacy systems. - Supporting and assisting customers using B&R Legacy Systems, including "Minicontrol," "Multicontrol," "System 2010, 2005, and 2003," and "Panelware" in machinery and equipment.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting legacy systems to ensure their reliability.
- Utilizing programming environments like "ProSys" and "PG2000," as well as programming languages such as "Automation Basic."
- Working with current B&R systems in the fields of control and drive technology, using "Automation Studio" and programming languages compliant with IEC61131-3.
- Several years of experience in the field of B&R Legacy Systems, particularly with "Minicontrol," "Multicontrol," "System 2010, 2005, and 2003," and "Panelware," and proficiency in the associated programming environments
- Knowledge of legacy programming languages, including "Automation Basic"
- Familiarity with current B&R systems, control and drive technology, "Automation Studio," and programming languages following IEC61131-3
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- A degree or qualification in electrical engineering or a related field
- Fluent in Germand and English, both written and spoken
