The Job: As Trainee Site Manager of our new factory location, you are part of the driving force behind our cleaning mission. Your responsibility? Ensuring efficient, high-quality and sustainable cleaning services. You help monitor our standards and customer satisfaction. You are pivotal in maintaining customer relations and a positive working environment.

What You Do:

Lead and motivate cleaning teams.
Keep an eye on standards.
Guarantee cleanliness and hygiene.
Improve continuously with audits and customer feedback.
Work closely with customers.
Build customer relationships and solve problems.
Ensure safety on the shop floor.
Keep abreast of trends and innovations.
