Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for the IT organization in Europe

• Lead and mentor high-performing IT teams, fostering innovation and collaboration with energy and passion

• Lead and manage SAP process and system harmonization project across all European countries

• Strong service provider management based on clearly set expectations, service levels and KPIs

• Ensure SAP S/4HANA readiness and manage transformation, implementation and rollout in Europe

• Oversee implementation and maintenance of robust and integrated IT systems, ensuring scalability and security including

• Ensure implementation of global policies and compliance standards in close collaboration with the Head of Global IT

• Responsible for contract management for all IT-contracts on European level

• Closely collaborate with Digitalization Head

• Own OPEX and CAPEX budget for the European IT

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

• Multiple years of experience in IT ideally in an international setting

• Multiple years of experience in managing and motivating teams

• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget

• Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP implementations, including process harmonization

• Proven track record managing external IT service providers

• In-depth understanding of state-of the-art IT architecture and IT strategies

• Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English and German

• Willingness to travel: Europe-wide (20-30%)
