As Human Resources Intern (m/f/d) you will have the opportunity to discover the "Christian Dior Couture Retail World" in our Head Office, based in Munich. You are available for at least 6 months and be able to work full time (40 hours per week). You will provide operational HR support to the Stores in our region and will gain a deep insight of our Network. You will learn how to follow the HR Retail Activities & Employee Cycles with a high level of excellence - within a fast retail rhythm environment.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the entire Intern and Working Student recruitment and accompanying the candidates along the way (pre-selection, conduction interviews and offering)
• Managing administrative tasks for e.g., creating contracts, preparing onboarding documents and letter of references
• Supporting the HR team in relation to the recruitment process with a focus on retail
• Updating and filling HR documents accordingly in our HRIS and assisting in our monthly payroll preparations
• Participating in various HR projects (e.g., planning events, researching, Employer Branding topics etc.)
