As our new sales administration and logistic assistant at FOSS, you will play a key role in our order and customer handling processes. Together with our dynamic team in Hamburg and stakeholders across the organization you’ll have the opportunity to put your professional skills into use in securing outstanding customer experience.

You will be responsible for order handling and customer support
Your key responsibilities in the role as sales administration and logistic assistant is to support the order handling and execution processes, where you together with the rest of the team will optimize existing set-up and challenge our day-to-day business. Ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Your primary tasks are, but not limited to:

• Order processing for our customers in Germany, Austria & Benelux including system maintenance, order confirmations, order initiation, as well as tracking and billing
• In time handling of incoming and outgoing goods within the region and specifically the warehouse in Hamburg, including new deliveries, return material or warranty handling
• First line support for customer webshop consulting and issue resolution
• Support with contract management, especially for our digital solutions and maintenance contracts
• Communication link between Global Distribution and our Sales & Service organization
• Execution of tasks in a productive and efficient manner based on current objectives, strategies and guidelines
• The position also contains a coordinating and supporting responsibility within F-NE in terms of maintaining existing Global Logistics processes and develop new in connection with changes
• Close collaboration in and support of the back office in day-to-day business

Qualifications
You have a natural sense of what a good customer experience is all about, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you can adapt in tasks and priorities.

To succeed in the role we expect you to have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with sales/customer service
• Good communications skills and fluent in written and spoken German and English,
• Skills with French and Dutch are a strong advantage
• Knowledge in Sales Force and SAP ERP is an advantage but not a requirement
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
