What would you be doing?
You will be supporting our People team across our three main People pillars: Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Employee Experience, through
- assisting on tasks throughout the entire talent acquisition cycle, including sourcing, candidate communication, interview scheduling, ATS maintenance and KPI tracking
- supporting our people operations in the administration and maintenance of employee documents and data
- helping to build an outstanding employee experience, including onboarding, events, and implementation of culture initiatives etc.
What should you bring to the table?
- You are studying (or have finished) a degree that focuses on Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- You are based in Berlin
- You are available for, at least, 20h a week
- You enjoy new challenges and are excellent at working with others as part of a team
- You can manage tasks, projects, and priorities on your own to get things done well and on time
- You are able to adapt to new situations and come up with fresh ideas or innovative approaches
- Nice to have: prior experience in any HR area.
