In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for descriptive, prescriptive and predictive data analysis and interpretation of digital marketing and customer related data
• Define measurement parameters and measurement frameworks to ensure the quality of digital marketing activities and content
• Manage interdisciplinary digitization projects with a focus on identifying possibilities for process support
• Be responsible for the training of the users of the generated reports and, if necessary, develop a training concept including resource requirements, helping the users to interpret it
• Furthermore, coordinate the scheduled updates of existing reports as well as take over the review and adjustment of the existing work, business-related analyzes and reports

You act as an entrepreneur, focus on results and stay aware of costs and commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole. You strive for continuous improvement and feel responsible for and contribute to the team’s success. You are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation and clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree with a technical or scientific focus, for example Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT
• At least 1 year of working experience in leading digitization projects within the semiconductor or automotive industry
• Experience with common programming languages, like Java, C ++, Python, R and database languages, like SQL is a must
• Strong communication skills as well as an analytical mind
• Fluent English skills, German skills will be considered as a plus
