Your Role

As a Vice President at GP Bullhound, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing high-profile transactions, providing strategic advisory services, and fostering client relationships. This position requires a deep understanding of the technology industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of complex transactions, including both sell side and buyside M&A and other capital raising activities within the technology sector
• Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence processes specific to technology companies
• Develop and review transaction documentation such as pitch books, information memoranda, and client presentations tailored to the technology industry
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technology sector clients, maintaining and nurturing long-term relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the technology sector by leveraging existing relationships and exploring potential new clients

Your Experience

• Bachelor or Masters Degree educated
• Professional certifications such as a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is desirable
• Proven experience in investment banking or a related field
• Track record in developing and maintaining client relationships
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis
• Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• German speaker is essential
• Fluency in another European language is desirable
• Tech M&A experience is highly advantageous
