Wir suchen Sie als Verstärkung für unser Lagerteam! Als Lagermitarbeiter (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die reibungslose Abwicklung von Lieferungen und Versandaufträgen. Bei uns werden Rohstoffe und klinische Studienmaterialien mit grösster Sorgfalt behandelt.
Hauptaufgaben:
Annahme und sachgerechte Lagerung von Lieferungen (z. B. temperaturkontrolliert)
Systemerfassung und korrekte Kennzeichnung der Artikel
Vorbereitung von Picklisten und Versandlabeln
Durchführung des Materialversands für klinische Studien
Abwicklung von Sonderlieferungen (z. B. eilige oder sensible Sendungen) mit zuverlässigen Kurierdiensten
Erkennung und Meldung von Qualitätsmängeln zur Sicherstellung der Isolierung bis zur Problemlösung
Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Arbeitsschritte gemäß GMP-Richtlinien
Das bringen Sie mit:
Gewissenhafte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Erste Erfahrungen in Lager, Logistik oder Qualitätskontrolle (Quereinsteiger willkommen!)
Hintergrund in der Pharmaindustrie von Vorteil, aber nicht erforderlich
Genauigkeit und Präzision bei Handhabung und Dokumentation
Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
Grundlegende Computerkenntnisse (MS Office, ERP-Systeme)
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
We are looking for a Warehouse Operator (m/f/d) to process deliveries and shipping orders, so that everything runs smoothly and on time. Our products include raw materials and clinical study materials that must be handled with the utmost care.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and storing deliveries under the correct conditions (e.g. temperature-controlled storage)
Recording deliveries in our system and properly labeling the items
Preparation of the necessary documents, such as pick lists and shipping labels
Conduct shipping of clinical trial materials
Handle special deliveries (e.g. urgent or sensitive shipments) with trusted courier services
Identify and report quality issues with materials to ensure they are isolated until the issue is resolved
Careful documentation in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) of all work steps carried out
What We Are Looking For:
Detail-oriented and responsible work ethic
Initial experience in the areas of warehousing, logistics or quality control (career changers are also welcome)
A background in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, but not essential
Accuracy and precision, particularly in handling and documenting materials
A reliable team player who is motivated to learn new things
Basic computer skills (e.g. MS Office, ERP systems)
Knowledge of German and English is generally required
