Your Mission:
You will be part of a cross-disciplinary, agile team called “Global Project Portfolio Management”. The team is responsible for the project portfolio of Mercedes-Benz Mobility and regularly reports to senior managers, directors and the Board of Management.
Beyond other responsibilities that will come-up along the way, you will have two main missions within the team:
Assess and process project and product requests, align these requests strategically and enable the management team to make the right decisions.
Transform the entire organization from “projects” to “products”, especially our project portfolio layer, using the Scaled Agile Framework for Lean Enterprise (SAFe), Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Objectives and Key Results (OKR).

Your tasks will be:
Demand management:
Create approval presentations towards decision boards and communicate decisions to all relevant stakeholders and organization of decision board meetings Work in close collaboration with colleagues all over the world Conduct regular touchpoints with projects and be a partner to projects during their project lifecycle Prepare comprehensive and insightful reporting to the top management
Transformation:
Implement SAFe Lean Portfolio Management within Mercedes-Benz Mobility Drive the implementation of an OKR Framework and monitor progress towards the company’s strategic objectives Support the seamless adoption of a Lean Portfolio Management tool, ensuring a smooth transition for the organization Act as a change agent, supporting teams and individuals in their agile journey and mindset shift Support of procedural changes and improvements
What you have to bring to the table:
Strong team player with an affinity to working in a culturally diverse environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire change at all levels of the organization Strategic thinking and a problem solving competency Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles and their application SAFe Lean Portfolio Management certification is a plus Exper
