Position Description:

As part of our international HR team, you will be responsible for driving recruiting activities. Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business with the shared goal of maximizing Cinemo’s success in finding and attracting world class talent! This role requires an energetic and motivated individual with strong communication, organization skills who works well in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

• Work with the hiring managers to build out a robust and efficient hiring strategy for each open role
• Develop extensive pipeline candidate talent pools to fill current and future needs
• Execute pre-screening of candidates to provide hiring managers with a short list of top talent
• Investigate and accommodate the use of cost-effective tools and online platforms which will enable us to connect with the best talent
• Coordinate interviews, ensuring that internal owners and candidates are kept updated on the status of applications
• Represent Cinemo at recruiting events or other external events
• Ensure compliance with GDPR

Experience & Skills:

• At least 3 years in- house Talent Acquisition experience within a fast-paced business
• Experience of high-volume recruitment in a start-up or scale-up business
• Proven track record within a multinational company or project-based environment
• Be a supportive business partner to all stakeholders
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing and talent mapping techniques in the recruiting space with excellent sourcing knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good communication skills in writing and speaking, good knowledge of human nature
• Demonstrable ability to deliver a balance of quality as well as quantity candidates and hires
• Is a team player, organizational talent, empathic and creative
