JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinates the recruitment and interview process, check in and termination process
• Coordinates the postings of advertisements
• Assists the People & Culture Leader in all Colleague relations
• Liaise with all colleagues on all matters relating to their employment
• General office administration
• Maintenance of all personnel files
• Provides general P&C advice to managers
• Maintenance of office supplies

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed vocational training in hotel industry
• Professional experience in Human Resources/People&Culture
• Very good MS Office knowledge
• Very good German and English language skills
• Charming and friendly appearance
• Discretion and loyalty
• Organization ability, open-minded and reliable
