JOIN THE GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP TEAM:

MEMBERS FIRST is one of the key focus areas of our ‘Own the Game’ strategy and the Global Membership Team is central to embedding and executing this key strategic program. The strategic objective is to transform the successful membership initiative to a company-wide global program at scale and to fuel the growth ambitions of the company. Overarching goal is to acquire 500M members globally by 2025 and drive engagement & loyalty through constant innovation and careful curated value proposition aimed at exciting, engaging & satisfying our key consumer groups.

In this role you will support different assigned projects across channels aiming to enhance the experience for members and business outcomes of our Membership program in close collaboration with teams from Marketing, Digital, and Retail, among others. You will work in a fast-paced, international, and highly strategic environment with many opportunities to develop and to gain exposure to and influence decision making at Senior Leadership levels. Success will rely on your ability to bring in new ideas to continuously evolve and adapt, strengthening the Members First execution.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Support continuous improvement of assigned Membership processes, services, and experiences across channels through a data driven and member-first mindset.

• Review x-channel consumer journeys, identify opportunities, brief, and ensure proper prioritization of requirements with the different teams.
• Support relevant x-channel projects to improve and/or scale the experience of members while driving desired business outcomes.
• Support the development of business cases and execution of pilots to test and learn new or enhanced ways to acquire and delight our members across channels.
• Support different parts of the organization to become “members-first” by adapting and improving their processes to serve better our members across channels and regions.
• Support the implementation of standard project management approach and effective communication methodology.
• Support program planning for cross-functional initiatives incl. deliverables, milestones, progress monitoring. Drive for results and monitor progress in achieving goals.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Working towards an MBA in Business, ideally with Sales or Marketing focus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
• Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities
• Strong analytical skills and critical strategic thinking
• Strong interpersonal skills (communication, influencing, stakeholder management), especially when interacting with different levels of business
• Good level of commercial awareness, business acumen and practical judgement
• Strong Office skills
• Language skills: business level English spoken and written
