We’re currently looking for individuals interested in media, technology and generative AI to join our team for a full-time internship for a minimum of three months to support us in the project management & business development team. Together with the CEO, our goal is to shape and grow CHAPTR and develop our ongoing projects like Stori or White Mirror to push the boundaries of content creation.

We are looking for someone who shares our excitement for media and technology, actively embraces the potential of generative AI & wants to join us in shaping the way great ideas & content come to life. With an entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on-mentality and the capability to quickly learn and adapt, you can help shape this new way of storytelling as part of a rockstar team.

As CHAPTR is at the beginning of its journey, you will gain firsthand startup experience, build your network and deepen your knowledge in a fastly evolving environment at the interception of technology, media and creativity. Your learning curve is guaranteed - not only because of the dynamic market - and our team will support you with a mentor to ensure your personal development. You'll acquire knowledge and gain hands-on experience with groundbreaking technologies like LLMs such as ChatGPT-4 or PaLM 2, state-of-the art tools, and beyond.

• Help our project managers across our CHAPTR projects - from project management activities to operational execution of initiatives.

• Support in detailing and executing a go-live strategy for our projects.

• Prepare reportings & updates to the founders or stakeholders.

• Screen & analyze the genAI market and competitors to derive strategic insights.

• Actively build, manage and retain relationships with stakeholders within our HPG network.

• Support the venture team in all strategic and business development activities.

• Support drafting a marketing / PR / communication strategy & actively accompany it’s execution.

• Actively support the broader CHAPTR team with ideas and contributions related to new products, tech & business models (all related to media / technology / AI).

• Currently advanced in bachelor’s/master’s program or in a gap year, with your studies focused on business or business information/engineering.

• First internship experiences around strategy consulting, business development, data analysis, research and/or project management.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action.

• Analytical & strategic thinking.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (in English).

• Ability to navigate ambiguity.

• Fun working in a great team of rockstars.

• Based in Germany.

• First experiences in a tech startup or consulting firm.

• A passion for content (movies, literature, music, art…), culture & communities.

• Speaks meme fluently and knows the cool hashtags before they’re trending.

• Experience in leveraging the power of ChatGPT, MidJourney and other AI tools out there.

• Great communication skills: Speaking tech fluently - with or without ChatGPT

• Capability to quickly learn & adapt, particularly related to GenAI & the rapid changing industry.
