We are looking for a IT Controlling and Sourcing Manager (x|f|m) for the IT Controlling & Vendor Management department in Goettingen (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH) with the possibility to work remotely on a regular basis. The position can be full-time or part-time. In your new role, you will be the contact person for our CIO for the areas of IT controlling and cost allocation. Approximately 70% of your activities will focus on IT sourcing and vendor management, the rest will be in IT controlling.
Yourtasks
You will actively participate in the global IT sourcing of software, hardware and IT services in line with the strategic goals of Sartorius IT
You will be responsible for conducting RfX activities, negotiations and optimizing terms and conditions
You will be responsible for IT controlling and cost allocation tasks in cooperation with Sartorius Finance
In addition, you will coordinate IT budget processes, monitor deadlines and ensure the quality of final financial reports
You will also carry out operational IT purchasing activities, such as creating shopping baskets, triggering and tracking purchase orders and checking invoices
Close cooperation with other IT colleagues worldwide, but also with Sartorius Finance, due to your responsibility for IT cost allocation, completes your job description
Yourqualifications
You have successfully completed a degree in business studies
This is complemented by relevant professional experience in IT procurement, e.g. in the areas of software, SaaS solutions, IT services, IT equipment and hardware
You have a proven track record of successful collaboration at C-level You are confident in using Microsoft Office products, e.g. Excel and with SAP FICO
You also have know-how in at least one IT budget/forecast tool, e.g. Apptio, Proven Optics, ServiceWare, Bee360 or similar
Ideally, you already have experience with the ServiceNow tool
Your strengths include negotiation skills, a solution-oriented approach and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new IT topics and tools
Analytical thinking, independent working style, ability to work in a team, strong interpersonal and communication skills and a confident, self-assured appearance are your strengths
Very good English and German skills round off your profile
