Analyst, Client Services (M/W/D)
The Client Service Analyst is responsible for supporting the client servicing and sales efforts within Dimensional’s EMEA Client Group.
This role is an ideal opportunity to break into the Investment Management industry and gain a full understanding of a Client-Orientated sales and service department and contribute to the team through role-specific goals.
The individual we are looking for will need to demonstrate an ability to be task orientated and possess a keen focus on attention to detail as a primary contributor to team workflow. The individual will also need to demonstrate their interest in getting to know Dimensional’s client service and business development efforts. This is an entry level opportunity where we are seeking attitude and aptitude over experience, but more experienced individuals or career changers are equally as welcome. We believe we can upskill individuals who demonstrate intellectual curiosity and want to build a career within Sales and Relationship Management. The role will be located in Munich.
Typical Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the team with the preparation of Events materials and client material e.g., prospecting packs, portfolio review books and ad-hoc presentations
- Administration including meeting preparation, client record keeping, basic market analytics, investment analysis and other ad-hoc duties
- Own certain regulatory and client reporting deliverables
- Maintain records for our client and prospect pipelines
- Assist with sales research and support
- Support various aspects of channel-specific events (organizing and preparation)
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding about the firm’s products, our investment process, our systems, and our investment philosophy
- Continually review and seek out improvements to our processes and procedures
- Ensure necessary client data is accurate and up to date
- Upon individual certification, the role will include;
- Ad-hoc Client interactions (responding to client queries, etc)
- Involvement in Client-facing events and various types of Marketing activities

- Native or fluent German language skills are essential (verbal and written)
