At HOLOPLOT we have developed a completely new type of sound system that brings previously inaccessible capabilities to the world of audio, enabling a completely new way of designing and experiencing sound in 3D.

We are looking for a talented and motivated Product Management Intern to help us execute our ambitious software roadmap and redefine what’s possible in professional audio. The role involves working alongside our experienced Product Management team to support key initiatives, where you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the product development lifecycle and all aspects of what’s involved in bringing world-class, innovative products to our customers.

• Collaborate closely with our product management team to cover all aspects of the product lifecycle and contribute to the development of cutting-edge products.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, analyze market trends, and assess the competitive landscape, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
• Play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, helping prioritize features and manage delivery timelines effectively.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify actionable insights for refining and optimizing our products.
• Assist in crafting precise product requirements, user stories, and specifications, acting as a bridge between product vision and engineering teams.
• Contribute to shaping cohesive processes across different business teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to enhance alignment and collaboration.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops alongside product managers, designers, and engineers, bringing creative ideas to the table.
• Engage in user research sessions, gaining direct insights from our audience and contributing to a deeper understanding of their needs and preferences to guide product enhancements and refinements.
• Support product marketing efforts by helping create compelling marketing materials, contributing to successful product launches and engaging customer experiences.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices, keeping the product team up-to-date and well-prepared in the world of product management.

• Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in a related field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.). We also welcome graduate students pursuing an MBA to apply
• Strong interest in product management, technology, and innovation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and collaboration tools.
• Prior experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic.

This is a paid full-time internship opportunity, duration can be between 3 and 6 months.
