The position is offered on a Hybrid working basis with travel to our Munich office as required and a 20 hour per week contract.

• Overseeing system bookings and returns
• Processing of returns including data entry in SAP (S4/Hana)
• Monitoring and tracking the returns process
• Acting as point of contact with our customers
• Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc duties

• Currrently a student of Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistcs or currently completing another comparable course of study
• Experience working with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Ideally experience with SAP or experience with data entry
• A high degree of independence, thoroughness and reliability
• Assertive and very good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent German and a basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written
