PURPOSE

With the increasing competition and rapidly changing business environment, it has become imperative for us to leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions about our workforce. As an Assistant Manager People Insights, you will play a vital role in ensuring availability of high-quality, clean reports and dashboards for the HR department. You will also be supporting generating insights for various stakeholders and leadership team based on data from our internal systems as well as external market trends to enable data-driven decisions being taken.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support People Insights team to deliver People Insights strategy aligned with the organization's HR goals and objectives.
- Partner with Business, HR business partners and other key stakeholders to understand their reporting & analytics needs and requirements.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources, including recruitment platforms, survey tools and HR databases.
- Support People Insights team and other key stakeholders by conducting ad-hoc analysis of people data.
- Support Employee Listening initiatives on operational level and by ensuring the organization is receiving actionable insights from People Surveys via dashboards or ad-hoc analyses.
- Design and develop visually compelling and intuitive dashboards and data visualizations to present insights to stakeholders in SuccessFactors, PowerBI and Qualtrics.
- Generate regular reports and develop dashboards that provide insights into key metrics as part of measuring success of various strategic HR initiatives.
- Support People analytics projects as a junior member by directly contributing to the defined deliverables.
- Collaborate with TAEE (Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience) Delivery, TECH and Hire-To-Retire teams to identify and resolve any data quality issues or system discrepancies.
- Ensure data is used in governed and ethical way by collaborating closely with Legal, Data Privacy and Labour Relations teams as well as Works Council

IDEAL EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business intelligence or analytics.
- 1-2 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data-related roles, preferably within HR environment.
