... a big affinity for data, analysis and reporting, as well as experiencing joy of working with various stakeholders and excitement for the beauty industry.
Your mission will be to:
- To support the day-to-day business in Controlling.
- Be a strong sparring partner for Controlling manager, controlling team, internal departments and work closely with the European Headquarters.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports to support strategic decision making.
- Data visualization in the form of reports and dashboards for various stakeholders at management level (e.g. reporting / key figures, planning / forecasting)
- Analyze and interpret financial data, providing insight to enhance business performance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Assist in the planning and monitoring of the annual budget, Preparing files and several detail reports on Budget.
- Comprehensive coordination with areas involved in the closing process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly financial and sales reports, as well as ad hoc reports.
We are looking forward to meeting you, if you:
- Have a degree in business administration with a focus on finance & controlling.
- Proven experience in the area of controlling and reporting, ideally in the retail business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ideally, you have SAP experience and an understanding of data flows and closing processes.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and power BI. Other relevant tools will be a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Have fluent written and spoken English skills, German would be a plus.
