UX/ UI Designer (m/f/d) (App)

Your new job includes

In the Digital Customer Experience area, you will define our current digital products (webshop, app, etc.) to ultimately ensure the perfect user-centric shopping/service experience. In particular, you will

work significantly to build and continuously improve our Component Library for web and app applications.
develop creative concepts, design UI components, and carefully document them to ensure that our design system is consistent and user-friendly
assist your colleagues as needed to create prototypes and user flows in Figma, contributing to a seamless user experience
interact closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our design system meets everyone's needs and is continuously improved
represent the design perspective in our cross-functional team and contribute to defining and implementing design principles and guidelines

What you should bring along

Completed studies in the field of design, communication design, interaction design or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in building and further developing design systems for web and app applications, preferably in an eCommerce environment
Sound knowledge in the application of UX/UI design principles and methods as well as common design tools (e.g. Figma)
Routine in guiding and conducting workshops
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Knowledge in frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage
You have mastered the design craft and convince with a meaningful portfolio
