Position Summary

You will be part of a dynamic, motivated, and open-minded sales team, empowering those who strive for more across the DACH region. You will be responsible for selected accounts in the UA Key Account cluster. You will work in a Remote / Home Office environment (in Germany).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

may include the following (other duties may also be assigned)

Strengthen and deepen strategic relationships with our Key Accounts
Build and delivering on operational business-, growth- and sales plans
Focus on an accurate sales forecasting on a weekly, monthly & annual basis
Possess a strong analytical mindset - monitor sell out and the order book continuously and ensure reliable and profitable growth for the key account
Prepare and conduct sales presentations with the accounts (virtual or f2f)
Drive the Go-to-Market management process to ensure all touch points are in place to drive mutual and sustainable growth
Provoke strong alignments with internal functions – Merchandising, marketing, Customer Operations, Finance, etc
Deliver first class service level towards the accounts
Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism
Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Highly self-motivated and well organized
Effective communication and persuasion skills
Strong interpersonal skills
PC skills that include a good standard on Power Point and Excel
Analytical mindset and used to work with sales data and analyses tools
Good presentation skills
Good verbal communication (fluent in German & English)
Proven results as a team player
Strong strategic capabilities
Hard working, Motivated and Enthusiastic
Results oriented
Passion for the brand

Education And / Or Experience

Educated to Bachelor’s degree level (or above) is preferred
5 years of experience in a commercial role
