For our administration team we are looking for assistants (m/f/x) based in branch Lahr as well as for the headquarters in Emmendingen (part-time 30h or full-time 40h).

Your tasks
- Supporting the management and office management in day-to-day
operations
- Processing and order processing as well as tracking in our UStrich
project management software, from quotations and cost accounting to
outgoing invoices
- Supporting project managers with deadline and cost control
- Contact person for our employees in daily matters
Your profile
- Successfully completed apprenticeship in the commercial sector
- Several years of professional experience in the commercial sector
would be desirable, but also a graduate could be an option
- Independent and structured way of working, paired with a strong team
spirit
- Flexibility, reliability and very good team and communication skills
- Reliable handling of modern office technology and software, in
particular MS Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Good knowledge of German and English, both oral and written
