We are seeking an experienced front office quantitative developer for our client, an asset manager based in Munich, to take an exciting and responsible role in their investment services team. The position is expected to have a strong track record in the development and implementation of systematic, rules-based investing strategies as well as in design and management of trading strategies and tooling. Furthermore, the candidate should have a broad understanding and practical expertise of investment management practices and is expected to support the portfolio management function in managing the firm’s funds.

Principal Duties:

• Design, develop, test and implement portfolio management and trading tools in close coordination with the other team members
• Analyse and implement research models in productionising models and build corresponding trading frame-works
• Design, develop, test and implement scenario engines for strategies using a variety of market, sustainability and alternative data for portfolio construction
• Support investment services in portfolio implementation, rebalancing and ongoing management of systematic, rules based investment strategies
