     Responsibilities 
  -   Participation in strategic projects in the area of sales management, as well as in international marketing & sales projects  
-   Support in the establishment of data-driven sales processes  
-   Contribution to the development of new processes, methods and tools in the area of sustainability, digitalization, and pricing  
-   Independent development of work packages  
 
 This could be an internship as well as the writing of a thesis or conduct of a final project. As a graduate, you can either choose the fast lane to a management position as a trainee or start putting your knowledge into practice as an entry professional. 
   
 Requirements 
  -   Ongoing studies at the Ruhr-University Bochum (Bachelor or Master), preferably in the area of Business Administration or Economics  
-   Strong problem solving skills and initiative (be able to think unconventionally)  
-   Business fluent in written and spoken German and English  
-   Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes combined with excellent cooperation and communication skills  
-   Confident appearance and constructive handling of feedback  
-   Great commitment, flexibility and ability to work in a team
