• Planning, coordinating, integrating, executing, monitoring, and closing complex multidisciplinary CMC development modules
• Translating company and program strategy into concrete operational project requirements, project plans, work packages, and timelines and conveying this in a motivational manner to the project team while adhering to scope, budget, time, and quality
• Translating and delivering complex information between interdisciplinary teams in clear and concise language, establishing efficient information flow including routine status reporting, project risk management and project reviews to ensure that project goals align with the company's vision and strategy
• Managing of large cross-functional project teams in a matrix organization through natural authority and argumentative skills to steer the project course in line with the company's vision and goals
• Leading and supporting the implementation of company-wide new processes and process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency

• Successfully completed degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Engineering, Life Sciences or similar field
• Several years of experience in managing projects and cross-functional teams, preferable to have previous working experience in regulated environments (e.g. GCP/GCLP, GMP)
• Sound CMC development knowledge in either early or late stage projects with sound understanding of all stages of drug development, mRNA knowledge is a big plus
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills including excellent English skills, written and orally (German skills are also desirable but not essential)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority, motivate with enthusiasm and develop productive working relationships with key stakeholders
