In your new role you will:
- Support GFS operational projects as well as global GFS-overarching strategic and large operational projects. Focus on communication and change management
- Support (design-build-run) the GFS Performance Management Syste m, including K PI reporting, Benchmarking, GFS-wide cultural measures as well as GFS-wide People Programs. Focus on communication and interaction with internal customers, explain and present developments, gather feedback from customers, enhance the GFS Performance Management System
- Be responsible for preparing and facilitating regular internal events (e.g. workshops, All hands meetings) among the various GFS parties to drive the global development of GFS , including follow-up and implementation of learnings and best practices
- Support implementation of the internal communication framework of GFS globally and responsibility for the overall communication material (presentation, intranet) of GFS for both internal as well as external audiences
- Support Head of GFS and GPO in standard processes and special projects
As Senior Specialist GFS, you have a clear notion of how innovation contributes to the commercial success of the company. Furthermore, you focus your efforts on finding solutions that offer added value for both sides. Lastly, you cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Business Administration or related fields
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience i n a multinational working environment or shared services context
- Comprehensive background and experience in internal audit and controls in finance related processes
- Data affinity and analytical thinking
- Strong business sense with the ability to utilize financial data to influence in company decision making
- Creative problem solving and hands on mentality
- Reporting and consolidation skills
- Proactive Communication and Collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and balance broad strategic view and attention to details depending on the requirements
- Excellent English communication skills , German knowledge is an advantage
