Our software can already be found in Volkswagen ID. models and will soon power Audi and Porsche vehicles with the E3 1.2 platform in 2024.

YOUR TEAM

Our "ADAS & Assisted Parking Functions" team is developing driver assistance software for all brands of the Volkswagen Group. Together, we are going the next step in highly automated driving. Our software product lines implement customer functions like Lane Assist, Travel Assist, Front Assist, Emergency Assist and Automated Valet Parking.

We are on the lookout for a working student/ intern to collaborate with us in developing embedded software over the whole lifecycle from early prototypes to software that customers will experience in the car.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Conduct test environments such as HIL (Hardware in the Loop) or test vehicles for testing of ADAS.
Support vehicle testing for the ADAS function during vehicle tests and perform functional tests
Improve our test environments, test automation, data analysis.
Flash software of different ECUs to setup the functions in operational mode
Support us to improve our systems and our daily development tasks

WHO YOU ARE

Enrolled student (or bachelor's graduate starting master's degree program as soon as possible) in automotive engineering, computer science or equivalent field.
Solid knowledge in programming, preferably Python.
Basic understanding of driver assistance systems
Experience in working with tools like Jira, Vector CANape / CANoe, TPT, virtual testing tools like CarMaker or similar would be beneficial.
Basic knowledge of electronics would be beneficial.
Analytical understanding, ability to work in a team, structured and independent work
Fluent in English and German.
Driver’s license (class B) would be preferable.
