Siemens Energy is looking for a seasoned AI Product Owner to drive the next generation of intelligent, AI-powered products. You will own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI/ML and GenAI-based anomaly detection solutions, ensuring they deliver measurable customer value while meeting technical, business, and governance standards.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Define and steer the AI product strategy, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, business impact, and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with customers, domain experts, and stakeholders to uncover AI-relevant challenges and transform them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Lead iterative delivery alongside cross-functional teams spanning software engineering, data science, MLOps, UX/UI, and business units using agile product management practices.
• Evolve AI capabilities across the full model lifecycle – from data ingestion and evaluation to drift detection, retraining, explainability, and GenAI-supported root cause analysis.
• Champion responsible AI adoption by communicating product value and limitations while ensuring alignment with AI governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Deep understanding of AI/ML and GenAI, including statistics, machine learning, LLMs, evaluation frameworks, model lifecycle, explainability, and responsible AI principles.
• Proven product ownership or management experience – ideally in AI, data, analytics, or software products – with a track record of defining vision, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• User-centric, value-driven mindset that translates complex domain challenges into actionable requirements and impactful AI workflows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data science, MLOps, UX/UI, compliance, and governance functions.
• Proficiency in agile practices, Scrum, backlog refinement, and the ability to explain complex AI topics to non-technical audiences.
