What you will do:

Support the HR Team in Berlin in the different HR areas: Payroll, recruitment, onboarding, administration, employer branding, personnel development, and training.
From administrative tasks, supporting employees and managers with HR questions and contribute to the implementation of HR projects.
Coordinate and work closely with colleagues from other departments within the company and the centrale office in Spain and other countries.
Contribute to the implementation of local and global HR projects.

What we are looking for:

Currently studying HR, Economics, Business Management, Communications, Social Sciences, Economics, Engineering or Law or other related subjects in one of the German universities, ideally in your final semesters.
You share a passion for renewable energy and HR.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, proactive with the ability to work independently as well as in a team and achieve success together.
Accuracy and attention to detail as well as solution and service-oriented attitude.
Fluency in German and English is a must, Spanish is highly desirable.
Good skills in the use MS Office and IT affinity.
Availability: 20 h/week
