We are currently seeking candidates for our Frankfurt or Berlin offices, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Sparring partner of the Dorsch Group's global top management
• Supporting the international transformation process of the group of companies
• Consulting of different business units on internal and external communication
• Development and implementation of the strategy and action planning in the context of alignment with ESG/sustainability parameters as well as different markets and target groups
• Writing articles for our internal, global communications platform
• International and national support of media relations (press and social media), topic management

Your profile:

• University degree, for example in the areas of communication sciences, journalism, public relations or online communication
• 5 years of work experience in corporate communications in an international company or in an agency environment, initial professional management experience is an advantage
• You are familiar with intercultural communication at all levels and in all its subtleties and bring experience from the complex environment of internal and external corporate communication
• Routine in dealing with all common MS Office applications (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
