Your tasks:

Sparring partner of the Dorsch Group's global top management
Supporting the international transformation process of the group of companies
Consulting of different business units on internal and external communication
Development and implementation of the strategy and action planning in the context of alignment with ESG/sustainability parameters as well as different markets and target groups
Writing articles for our internal, global communications platform
International and national support of media relations (press and social media), topic management

Your profile:

University degree, for example in the areas of communication sciences, journalism, public relations or online communication
5 years of work experience in corporate communications in an international company or in an agency environment, initial professional management experience is an advantage
You are familiar with intercultural communication at all levels and in all its subtleties and bring experience from the complex environment of internal and external corporate communication
Routine in dealing with all common MS Office applications (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
