Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and explore new sales opportunities for eFoils on both national and international levels
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and potential business partners
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions for distribution partners to enhance product knowledge
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
• Participate in trade shows, events, and conferences to promote the brand and attract potential customers
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute sales promotion initiatives

Your Qualifications:

• Completed business education or equivalent qualification in the field of sales and marketing
• Demonstrated experience in selling sports or recreational products, preferably in the water sports sector
• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
• Self-motivated, results-oriented work style
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

Our Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for water sports and innovative technologies
• Experience with CRM/Sales systems
• Proficient in both written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus
• Valid driver's license
