Industrial business management assistants work in companies of different sectors and sizes. Their commercial and business management tasks cover all functions of a company. During your training as an industrial clerk, you will get to know the various commercial areas.

Description of work:

Participate in the day-to-day business of the commercial departments, including purchasing, sales and marketing
Telephone contact with customers and business partners
Getting to know the product range and checking quality assurance
Using computer programmes and presentation tools
and much more

Profile of requirements:

A good high school transcript
High motivation and business interest
Commitment, independence, perseverance, team skills and enjoyment of interacting with other people

Minimum educational qualification:

“O” level/GSCE

Duration, location and qualification:

Training takes three years and is carried out in cooperation with the vocational training center in Donauwörth. Your training course concludes with the IHK [Chamber of Industry and Commerce] examination for industrial business management assistants (Industriekauffrau/ -mann).

Candidates who perform exceptionally well can reduce the length of their training.
