Your Impact and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research projects, transforming complex business challenges into production-ready AI solutions.
• Design, fine-tune, and evaluate sophisticated LLM applications and agentic workflows using rigorous scientific methods.
• Take full ownership of production models, including architecture design, performance optimization, and real-time monitoring.
• Establish and elevate team standards for high-quality, reproducible research and experimental methodologies.
• Mentor junior scientists to foster a culture of scientific excellence and operational rigor.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI innovations into scalable services.

What You Bring to the Team

• Proven track record in productionizing AI, with experience shipping scientific innovations to large-scale customer products.
• Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP), specifically with LLMs.
• Strong understanding of agentic architectures, orchestration, RAG, and mitigation of AI hallucinations.
• Advanced programming skills in Python (PyTorch, PydanticAI) and solid experience with SQL and Databricks.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for senior leadership.
• A collaborative, results-driven mindset capable of navigating fast-paced, uncertain environments.
