Your mission

• You own a number of administrative processes, e.g.. onboarding new employees, inviting shareholders to shareholder meetings, digitizing and signing of (formal) documents and screening candidates for job interviews. You are also encouraged to actively develop and improve all of these processes.
• You will support management as well as our (external) accountant with (simple) accounting and financial planning tasks, e.g. uploading and categorizing invoices.
• You manage our written communication, know where important documents are and file incoming documents accordingly.
• You will schedule and organize business meetings and business travel for the entire team.
• You ensure we bond and continue to thrive as a team by regularly organizing company and social events.

Your profile

• You will need a high degree of structure and independence as well as an appetite for learning, as we are a young company and do not have a manual for every process.
• We would like to see 2-3 years of relevant work experience, or a completed bachelor’s degree in subjects like business administration or management.
• We are a software company and use tools for pretty much everything. You have to be able to handle MS Office services but also find your way around task management and planning apps as well as HR and accounting tools.
• We are a multilingual company, with English as the common denominator, so you should speak and write English at C1 level. For this position we also require German to handle the external communication.
• Finally, you should have an open and communicative personality and be motivated to keep us running on all routine tasks as well as project-based initiatives.
