Drawing insights from regenerative agriculture, adaptive reuse and the slow movement, we are currently developing places around the world that offer a deeper, more conscious and collaborative form of hospitality.

• Assist with the sales and inquiry process for all of our places in the destination Berlin.
• Conduct research on various topics within the hospitality industry, especially comparative in-
  market analysis.
• Occasionally be in charge of site visits for prospective clients and ensuring the Reethaus is ready
  and presentable.
• Support the turnover process- from booked business to the event operations team.
• Maintain and support the evolution of documents and creative assets like decks/presentations,
  such as proposals.
• Keep our master calendar up to date, monitor timelines and deliverables.
• Support with the client database entry, prospecting initiatives and entering inquiries and
  proposals.
• Assist with office and administrative tasks.

• Genuine interest in trends within the hospitality world.

• Enthusiasm, curiosity and high attention to detail.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and a high service-level mindset.
