Genesys is hiring a professional for a Sales role in the Mid-Market team. At Genesys, our Account Executives are the catalyst behind the growth and success of the company and carry responsibility for all sales opportunities across the Enterprise business segments. As Account Executive you will learn how to become a consultative sales professional, how to take ownership for dedicated accounts, positioning the full Genesys solution portfolio, developing and managing a sales pipeline, securing net-new business and driving revenue growth from new and existing customers. In co-working with a dedicated Account Manager as well as Sales Coach you will learn from experienced Genesys Employees as part of a powerful Sales Team.

The Account Executive’s main goal is to achieve an annual sales target by converting as many opportunities into won business as possible. Once an opportunity has been closed, the Account Team´s role is to engage with the appropriate internal resources to help manage the initial phases of post-sales support and had over to Customer Success Team.
