GENERAL MANAGER [m/f/d]

In this way, you’ll be making our hotel something special ...

• You’ll manage both the hotel’s strategy and their operations – and in that way you’ll ensure good performance figures and excellent positioning
• You’ll play a part in hotels sales and marketing and manage the hotel’s commercial operations, from budgeting to managing 40 staff, and from forging contacts with gastro concept partners to representing the hotels in the local market
• You’ll assemble your own team, look after cooperation partners, coordinate operational activities and ensure that staff are motivated and guests contented

Your experience and personality add that certain something extra ...

• You’ve already market-positioned a hotel of similar size and managed its operations
• You speak English and German fluently
• You know your way around town and always have tips for partying up your sleeve
